PPC SA holdings maintained its level 1 B-BBEE contributor level in FY25. We are committed to fostering an inclusive society and transforming the broader industry. We believe that transformation is a business imperative and a catalyst for economic independence. Our preferential procurement programme in South Africa supports local businesses and the development of small, medium and micro-enterprises (SMMEs). The majority of our preferential procurement spend is with B-BBEE compliant suppliers.

PPC’s supplier development efforts form a key part of its broader transformation and localisation strategy. These initiatives aim to strengthen the capacity of emerging businesses in the construction value chain, particularly those located near PPC operations. Support includes access to procurement opportunities, business mentoring and assistance with meeting compliance requirements. This focused approach supports the development of an inclusive and resilient supply chain, while advancing national transformation goals.
